It's another beautiful Monday morning at 782!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are pumped to get back at it this week. 

We are going to be hitting some heavy weight at the end of the week, on Saturday for a mid strength cycle test with the CrossFit Total.

This week's lifting will be geared to lighter Olympic lifting as we set the body up for Saturday's big numbers. 

Strength

12min EMOM

  • 0: 4 Strict Pullups (Banded, Partner, C2B, weighted, etc.)
  • 1: 8 Ring Rows
  • 2: 40sec Plank

Some strength work here mostly for our upper body pulling strength, with some core work thrown in there as well. 

Conditioning

6min AMRAP

  • 6 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 12 WBS

Burn this one out! After our strict work, shorten up that ring row position or work on your kipping/butterfly pullups to get those lungs burning.
