Time to get back to that strength work. Loved the work on your core today. Some great looking L Sits coming along and some amazing progress on the T2B and knee tucks. 

Can't wait to see what you can do with the strict press tomorrow. Get ready to lift some weight!

  • 30 DU's or 30secs of DU practice or 90 SU's

Simple and sweet. Move that bar efficiently. Try to go push press as long as possible.
