Hope you are all having a wonderful evening. Squats today were being crushed by everyone! Little bit of conditioning and core work for you tomorrow before we start pumping out those strict presses on Wednesday.

  • Strict Knee Tucks or T2B x 3reps x 2sets
  • Kipping Knee Tucks or K2E or T2B x 3-5reps x 2sets
