Well doesn't that place look nice now, eh?

Been a beauty weekend of painting with some amazing people. This week coming up we'll be hard at 'er again. The paving should begin mid week and we'll get the inside looking up to snuff up here in the next few weeks. Equipment and mats have been ordered. Who else is excited for our first workout in the new spot?

Big shoutout to all of our athletes today competing in the PEI Marathon, Brodie Craswell & Bryan Daye, competing on the firefighters team, Sherri Griffin completing the half marathon, and last, but certainly not least, Allan Callard, completing the marathon!

We took on a sabbatical this year with the focus being on launching the new spot of course, but we should be back next year, hungrier than ever! Congrats to Court6 CrossFit on their win this year!

Strength

Back Squat 

  • 5 reps @ 75%
  • 5 reps @ 80%
  • ME reps @ 85%

These percentages are based off your new numbers for whatever you hit for your 1RM. From there find 90% of that 1RM and then get your numbers you will be working with. For example I hit 335 for my back squat, so 90% of that is 301.5. 301.5 is considered my working 1RM. 

Conditioning

  • 6 OHS (155/105lbs) (115/75lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 9 MB Cleans
  • 12 Pistols (6 each leg) or 18 Goblet Squats
