Beauty day here at 782. 

Everyone seems to have gotten through the storm unscathed minus a few broken trampolines and trees lined up across the roads. 

As you have seen the renos are going up for the new building. Can't wait to keep er going and see us in there as soon as possible training like we always do.

Little gymnastics and bodyweight work after some weightlifting today. Get after it.
