Perform this rep with a full clean into a press all in one motion. Move with a weight where you can go through this movement efficiently. 

Conditioning

  • 8 Clusters (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 12 Burpees over the bar
  • 16 T2B/Knee Tucks/MB Situps
