Hello!

We have big news for you this Sunday! Sarah Brown will be coaching your 10am class tomorrow morning. There will be an hour of open gym afterwards from 11 to 12 and she will be crushing a workout at that time.

Strength

Clean and Jerk

We'll be taking 15 minutes to build in weight for your workout, but not going too, too heavy beyond what you plan on doing in the workout. You can get into a power or full clean and you can hit a push or split jerk. Your call! Just work on fantastic form for whatever you choose. 

Conditioning

5 rounds for time

  • 4 Clean and Jerks (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 8 Bar Facing Burpees

Be solid on each and every lift and go heavy enough so that it is a challenge. Just grind through the burpees at a pace you can maintain for the 5 rounds.
