You all got it today!

For those of you taking your rest day today you missed a beauty of a workout. And when I say beauty I absolutely mean grinder of a workout. I talked to a lot of people who thought about cherry picking this WOD, but made it in and crushed those movements. 

Strength

10min E2MOM

  • 3 Back Squats @ 75%

We don't have a true 1RM for our back squat recently, so this weight will be relatively 75% of our 1RM. Take some time to build in weight and then try to stick to 1 weight for the E2MOM. This will be 5 sets as it is every second minute. 

Conditioning

3 rounds - rest 2 mins b/w each round

  • 21 Box Jump Overs
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 9 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows

Crush each around and earn that recovery. Be smart with your box jump overs, stay efficient on your deadlifts, and try to move unbroken on your pullups.
