It's here! 

I can't believe it's February. We'll give you a complete rundown and briefing of the Blizzard Beatdown and what went down this past weekend in tomorrow's post. Always a great time getting away with this 782 crew. We are going to make a big push to get a solid crew going to the spring fling over in Saint John in April. 

Strength & Conditioning

6min AMRAP

  • 30 DU's or 40sec DU attempts
  • 3 strict pullups (banded, C2B, chin over bar, weighted) or 6 deep ring rows

Rest 3 mins

6min AMRAP

  • 150m Row
  • 9 WBS

Rest 3 mins

6min AMRAP

  • 15 Russian KBS
  • 9 Pushups

After taking about 15 minutes to get warmed up you will hit one of these AMRAPs to start. Hit it hard for 6 minutes and don't try saving yourself for the other workouts. Take your 3 minutes of rest and then move on to the next AMRAP. We will have different people starting on the different AMRAPs and you will rotate through. This is some of the interval based training we will be doing in preparation for the open. There is some grip work with the swings and the pullups as well, some skill work with the double unders, and some engine workout with the rowing and wall ball shots. Hit it hard and go home happy!
