Great, great start to 2016. 

Hope you can all make it in to start this week at some point. We have quite a few new people finished through fundamentals so try and say hello and welcome them to our wonderful community. 

Strength & Conditioning

Tabata, Tabata, Tabata!

The Tabata principal is pretty simple. You go hard for 20 secs and then you rest for 10 secs and you do this 8 times for a certain exercise. That is a total of 4 minutes. Before switching on to the next exercise you take a minute to recover and mentally prepare. Go hard and go home after the workout. 

20secs on - 10secs off x 8 rounds each

  • Row for cals
  • WBS 
  • T2B or MB Situps
  • Overhead Forward Lunges or Goblet Lunges
