The Blizzard Beatdown is upon us this weekend!

Athletes we have competing from 782 are Aaron Fitzpatrick and Brett Hancock (Men's Rx), Jill Jeffrey, Katrina Morse, Caley Maclean, and Holly Stevenson (Women's Scaled), Geoff Pellerin (Men's Scaled), and Hannah Oatway (Women's Icebreaker). I'll be going over to coach these athletes through the workouts. Wish them luck!

Strength

Pullup & Handstand Pushup Progressions

We will take 10 minutes to warmup these movements and give people a chance who want to build on their strength in these two movements time to do this. 

Conditioning

12 rounds total - alternating rounds with a partner 

  • 6 C2B or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans (155/105lbs) (115/75lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 4 HSPU or 8 Pushups

Partner A does a full round and then partner B does a full round. Continue alternating like this for 6 rounds each. Can't wait for this one!
