Excited for this nice WOD on a Saturday. Hope you can all make it in. 

Strength

Hang Clean + TnG Clean

This is a nice little complex for those of you who like cleaning. The first clean starts from the hang and the second clean comes off the front rack and after it touches the ground, it goes right back up again for your next rep. If it's not touch and go, it's too heavy. 

Take 10 to 15 minutes to hit some weight for this. 

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 9 Cleans (135/95lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 18 WBS

Hit this hard. But not too hard. This combo will crush your legs so come out at a steady pace and make up time by not resting too long between your cleans once they go to singles.
