Hello y'all! Remember to get registered for the Island Expedition 2.0 ASAP. 

As well keep track of you ME reps and your weight for the weeks to come!

Strength

Sled Pulls x 50m x 4 sets

Add weight each time you go for it after a solid warmup to get your running legs ready to go. 

Farmers' Walks x 50m x 4 sets

Alternate between these two movements outside and move the weight as well as you can. We only have a few more months outside so enjoy it as much as you can!

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 50m Farmers' Walk 
  • 60sec Plank
  • 200m run
