Sweet little Labour Day WOD everyone!

To all those students, teachers, and parents (of the students) heading back to school today best of luck and hope you have a great day to start a great year!

Strength

Deadlifts x 5reps @ 75%; x 3reps @ 85%; x MEreps @ 95%

This is another big week of lifting. That last set is an important set going forward when we calculate our numbers for the next cycle. This will set your weights that you will be using after a deload week so it is important that we go all out WITH GOOD FORM. Make sure you get your warmup sets in too!
