Reminder that we have the CrossFit Summerside Throwdown coming up at the end of November. It is a great comp for those looking into their first time endeavour or for those seasoned veterans looking for a good challenge.

Front Squats x 3 @ 80%; x 3 @ 85%; x MEreps @ 905

A chance here to make those gains in your front squats. Don't back down on that last set. Hit it hard and make the reps worth it.
