Great showing here tonight at our Trial Class. 

Fundamentals is going to start this Friday at 6:30. Registration has already started and is closing at 12 so if you have anyone interested tell them to get in touch with us ASAP. 

Strength

1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Mid Hang Snatch + 1 Low Hang Snatch

Play around with both power and full snatches today working primarily on form and speed through those final inches of the pull. Take 10 minutes to work through this portion. 

Conditioning

6 rounds

  • 1 Snatch Complex (see above)
  • 30sec plank (on the elbows)
  • 10cal row

Not a crazy workout for time. Something to work on the core and get you rowing a bit. Keep the technique tight on the snatches through this as well.
