There will be three sets done here and you will decrease in reps and you will increase in weight as the sets go on. Start light to get warmed up and move some weight from there.
Snatches - Power Snatch + Hang Snatch
Take 10 minutes to work on your snatch from the floor and then from the ground all the way into a full snatch if possible.
12 - 9 - 6 - Complete 200m run after each round
- Power Snatches (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
A bit of everything. Move your weight efficiently and then get on the bar and move fluidly and then finally pace the run for the first couple of rounds.
