  • Handstand Walking, Handstand Holds, Strict HSPU, Wall Walks, Kipping Handstand Pushups

Conditioning

6 rounds - alternating rounds with your partner

  • 9 Pushups
  • 6 Thrusters (115/75) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
