Hiiiii!

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Shauna Cheverie & Dave Mallard on the birth of their baby girl, Violet. Congratulations and we all can't wait to meet her!!

Strength

200m run x 3

Rest 2 minutes between sprints. After a long warmup we will hit these sets. They should be fast and the first one should be your fastest and then the goal is to hold on for dear life from there. 

Push Press x 3reps x 3sets

Directly after finishing the runs we will lift under fatigue. Hit these 3 heavy(ish) sets within 10 minutes of finishing the running.

  • 20 WBS (20/14) (14/8)
  • 10 Push Press (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
