Handstand Pushup Progressions
- FreeStanding (with partners)
- Wall Walks
Take 10 minutes to work on any of these progressions before we begin our workout.
- HSPU (or from a box)
- Burpee Box Jump Overs
- T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks
A little gymnastics couplet with some cardio work in between to keep your heart rate up.
