Strength

Handstand Pushup Progressions

  • FreeStanding (with partners)
  • Strict
  • Kipping
  • Walking
  • Holds
  • Wall Walks

Take 10 minutes to work on any of these progressions before we begin our workout.

  • HSPU (or from a box)
  • Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks

A little gymnastics couplet with some cardio work in between to keep your heart rate up.
