Here is what you have. 

Strength

10 minutes to build to a heavy Snatch 

and then

10 minutes to build to a heavy Clean and Jerk

After a solid warmup you will use your technique work over the past few months to build some heavy weight in this. 

Conditioning

5 rounds with the same bar

  • 1 Snatch
  • 3 Clean & Jerks
  • 30 DU's or 10cal row or 100m run

The weight on this should be something you can have solid technique on even when you are tired. Move efficiently. Think slow is steady and steady is fast.
