Hello Everyone!

Great day outside pulling some sleds and walking with some weight! Back on to our front squats on Friday. 

We have had quite a number of people register for the Island Expedition in the past few days. Get signed up ASAP to reserve your spot. 

Strength

Front Squats x 5reps @ 75%; x 3reps @ 85%; x ME reps @ 95%

Time to get after it as always with our squats. We'll make sure you are nice and warm before hitting these reps. Keep track of the weight and the reps for our next cycle through. 

Conditioning

Alternating Movements with a partner for a 10 min AMRAP

  • 6 Pullups or C2B or Ring Rows
  • 6 Front Squats (155/105lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 6 cal Row

We have seen this similar set up before with a partner. Partner A starts with 6 pullups and then partner B does 6 front squats and then partner A does a 6 cal row. The next round you will have switched movements. For the 10 minutes you will try to complete as many rounds possible.
