Hello 782!

Great work today on our L Sit's and T2B work.

Second week of our Wendler Strength Program. Great work on the deadlifts. Excited to see what the squats have in store for us.

Get in the zone for these and hit them hard.

  • 1 Squat Clean (135/95lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 1 Burpee over the bar
  • 1 Ring Row
  • 2, 2, 2...
  • 3, 3, 3... 

Move efficiently through the squat cleans and find a consistent pace after the first minute of work.
