Strength

Power Clean Progressions & Ring Dip Progressions

  • 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean
  • Ring Dip Work x 3sets - Holds, Strict, etc. 

Take 15 minutes to work on your weight in the cleans and your skill with the ring dips. Alternate between these two movements. 

Conditioning

6 rounds for time

  • 6 Ring Dips or Box Dips
  • 6 Power Cleans (165/110lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 100m Run

Be strict with your movements and move efficiently through all your reps.
