Power Clean Progressions & Ring Dip Progressions
- 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean
- Ring Dip Work x 3sets - Holds, Strict, etc.
Take 15 minutes to work on your weight in the cleans and your skill with the ring dips. Alternate between these two movements.
6 rounds for time
- 6 Ring Dips or Box Dips
- 6 Power Cleans (165/110lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
- 100m Run
Be strict with your movements and move efficiently through all your reps.
