Before that we have some more workouts to do and starting tomorrow here is what we have.
Front Squats x 5r x 3sets
Building up in weight on each set you want to hit upwards of 75-80% on your last set based on your last 1RM.
60secs on - 60secs off x 3rounds
- DU's or SU's
- American KBS
Working with a partner one person will work for 60secs and then partner 2 will work for 60secs trying to accumulate as many reps as possibly during that time.
