Hiiiiii there!

Time to start another big week of workouts!

Again thank you to KidSport PEI for putting on the KidSport Corporate Challenge. As a team from CrossFit 782 we had an amazing time meeting teams from around PEI and competing against them at different obstacles. The day flew by and each obstacle provided a different challenge for us and like all CrossFitters, we looked forward to facing and taking on each of these challenges. The event was able to raise money and awareness for such a good cause and hopefully one day give all children around the Island the ability to participate in sport. Deadlifts x 3reps @ 80%; x 3reps @ 85%; ME reps @ 90%

Now our second week of our strength cycle we are still basing our 1RM number at 90% of what it actually is. The reps decrease a bit, but so do the percentages.

  • 6 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs) (155/105lbs)
  • 12 Situps
  • 18 DU's

Scale your deadlift weight as necessary to maintain proper form and then move fast. Not a long workout so no need to slow down.
