Here is what we have on tomorrow. Same numbers and percentages as Monday with the deadlifts, but now we squatting.
Front Squats x 5reps @ 75%; x 5reps @ 80%; x MEreps @ 85%
For the first two sets hit your 5reps at the given percentages and then for the 3rd set at 85% hit 5 reps or more. Base your weights off of 90% of your 1RM, so if my 1RM was 100lbs I would use 90lbs as my 1RM and base my percentages off of 90lbs.

- 21 DU's or 63 SU's
