Hit your 3 sets for 3 reps and then hit your max effort set at about 75% of your 1RM for a max effort set. 

Skill

Handstand Pushup Progressions

Take some time to work on your reps and find out where you are for your workout. 

Conditioning

3 rounds each - alternating rounds with a partner

  • 10 HSPU
  • 150m run
  • 20 KBS (Russian)

Again, not a long, long partner WOD as we want to put everything we have into strength and not crush ourselves afterwards as to limit our gains.
