"Hey. What are you doing Saturday night."

"Ooooooooo... I'm going to Paddles PEI to play on the paddles from 6pm to 8pm."

"O nice. Sounds like a good time. I'll meet you there. I heard that Luke Hansen character is a stud." (Shout out to Luke & Colette for setting this up). 

"Oooooo yeaaaaaaaah, he definitely is. What are you doing after?"

"Oooo yaaaaaa know, I'll think I'll stick around Captain Jack's for a beverage or two and see where the night takes me." 

"O nice. I heard ol' Kirky boy is playing at John Brown's that evening. Let's hit that up." (Shout out to Kirk McDonald, playing at John Brown's that evening).

"O yaaaaa, for sure. Let's do it, bro."

"Sweet bro."

KB Swings

A nice little chance for us to improve on the much maligned KBS. 

We'll move some weight in a bit of a conditioning/warmup drill before we hit the actual WOD.

Just a reminder that we will be running our 8am and 9am (teens) and 10am class outdoors this Saturday because Friday night under the lights (or sun) was soooooo much fun. This is a go workout. Move fast, fast, fast.
