Hello all!

Reminder that for tomorrow night only we only have our one outdoor class at 4:30. The weather is hot so we might as well be outside. As well on Saturday we have our regular class at 8 and teens at 9 and then another outdoor workout at 10. So come one, come all. 

For Sunday we are going to head up to Summerside for anyone in comp class. There comp class is from 10 until 12. There will be a regular class at CrossFit 782 Sunday morning at 9am. Just for this Sunday only!!

Come out to Paddles PEI Saturday night from 6pm to 8pm to give your fitness a test outside the gym and hopefully on top of the water (and not in it). 

Strength

Hang Power Clean & Push Press x 2 reps x 10 minutes to work on form. 

Some strength to start your day. Hit these sets heavy after a solid warmup. Build in weight. Grip on to that bar. 

Conditioning

Partner 4min AMRAP x 2 - Alternate movements with your partner.

I'm soooooooo excited for this workout. I think I'll wait and explain it in person and let you ponder how exactly this is going to work.
