Hello Everyone!

An update on the schedule this weekend. On Friday evening we are going to be having one massive outdoor class at 430pm. On Saturday we will be having our regular 8am and 9am (teens) classes and then one massive outdoor WOD at 10am. We will be meeting at the gym for both of these workouts and heading out from there. More updates to follow.

We also have a fundamentals class starting this Wednesday night at 8:30. We only have a few more spots available to signup as people are getting into the swing of things heading into the fall. Chat with Brett or Mike if you know of anyone that wants to sign up. 

Strength

  • Partner Pullups/Pullup Hold/Negative Pullups
  • OR
  • Strict Pullups/Kipping Pullups

For our strength cycle coming up we are going to be working a ton on our strength in the gymnastics skills as well. This will be a preview to what we are doing in the future. 

Conditioning

5min AMRAP x 2 - rest 3 mins between AMRAP

  • 5 Pullups (C2B if possible)
  • 15 Situps
  • 25 DU's

Push hard, earn that recovery and then try to match your score in the second round.
