Here are your updates for the month. 

  • Comp Class - Wednesday 530 - 730pm (along with regular class) 
  • Comp Class - Sunday 8am - 10am 
  • Yoga Class - Wednesday 730 - 830pm

Strength

Overhead Squats x 3reps x 5sets - building in weight

Take 15 - 20 minutes to work on form in this movement and build up in weight. 

Conditioning

4min AMRAP x 3 rounds - rest 2 minutes between rounds

  • 8 Overhead Squats (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 16 Situps
  • 24 DU's

After each round you will decrease the weights for your overhead squats. For round 2 comp weight is (115/75lbs) and Rx weight is (75/55) and for round 3 comp weight is (95/65lbs) and (65/35lbs) for the Rx weight. See how the weight feels for the workout after you do your strength and go from there in choosing your weight.
