Just a reminder that we have the beach WOD at 11 tomorrow at Tracadie Beach. Jaymee Chung will be meeting a group at the gym at 1030 if you don't know how to get to the beach. She will be leaving promptly at 1035 so be there on time. It takes about 15 minutes to get out to the beach from the gym!! Hope to see you all there. Regular classes are on at 8am, teens at 9am, and 10am. 

Strength

Running - Running Warmup 

and then

400m x 3 rounds - rest 2 minutes between sprints - gradually build up in speed

Conditioning

3 rounds

  • 200m run
  • 15 pushups
  • 10 burpee box jump overs

We start to get into a bit of the heavier running in the gym and on the beach. if you are heading to the beach bring in some beverages and some balls to throw around after.
