Hi there. 

Just a reminder to check the updated schedule online for the summer. This Sunday we will be starting with an earlier comp class at 8am and 10am regular class. 

Here is what we have in store for you tomorrow. 

Strength

'Power Complex' 

  • Power Clean + Push Press + Push Jerk 

Take 10-15 minutes to build in weight on this complex. When the weight is light try to move the barbell smoothly and then build from there. 

Conditioning

'Triple Sprint'

4 rounds - rest 2 minutes between rounds

  • 6 S2OH (115/75lbs) (85/55lbs)
  • 12 Box Jumps
  • 18 WBS

Sprint workouts. After warming up your weight in the strength you will do four mini sprints of these three movements. Go hard and then rest for the next round. The weight should be light enough so that you can push press the barbell and then at the end you want to try to hang on for your 18 WBS. Spicy.
