Strength

Ring Dip Progressions

  • Ring Dip Hold at the top x 10secs x 2
  • Ring Dip Hold at the botto x 10secs x 2
  • Ring Dips x 3sets - Banded, partner, solo

Weighted Pushups x 5reps x 3sets

Either work on your chest to the floor pushups or work on some weighted pushups depending on where you are with your pushup development. 

Conditioning

4 rounds

  • 8 thrusters (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 12 pushups
  • 16 situps

Four rounds to keep moving. Be smart and move efficiently through your reps and rounds. It's usually the pushups that end up being the limiting factor so be smart in breaking these up.
