Hi everyone!

Great work today on all the cleans. Nice showing as well with the running clinic and the yoga class. We have all been moving really well in the gym and these two additional classes have added a great deal of expertise in our gym with Allan Callard leading the running clinic and Charles Sanderson leading the yoga classes. 

We have something a little different in store for you today. 

Strength

Farmers' Carries x 50m x 4sets

Sled Pulls x 25m x 4sets

We will be playing outside a little bit so if you want to bring different shoes great. Adding some weight to the sleds to be pulled and for the farmers' carries trying to move some big weight across the field. 

Conditioning

2 rounds for time

  • 50m farmers' carry
  • 40 air squats
  • 30 pushups
  • 20 plate G2OH
  • 10 burpees

We'll most likely do all this workout outside as well (if we are given good weather) and for some people they will see a new movement in the plate G2OH.
