Hello Everyone!

Just a couple of announcements. Please send me a message if you are taking part in the Hopper. I am heading over to coach for the day with the crew and I want to make sure I have a hold on the numbers and game a plan for each athlete when the workouts come up. Thank you.

As well we have our yoga class again this Wednesday at 730 after comp class and regular classes. As well we will be holding a fundamentals class that evening at 830. It will be our second class and if you know anyone interested tell them to come check it out!!

Other than that keep doing what you are doing!

Strength

Handstand Progressions

  • Wall Walks
  • Freestanding Handstands 
  • Walking on your hands
  • Strict HSPU

We will take 15 - 20 minutes to go through these progressions. Don't worry, you won't be upside down the entire time, but we will keep you moving. 

Conditioning

6 - 2min AMRAPs - rest 1 min b/w AMRAPs - alternate between AMRAPs

  • 3 HSPU
  • 12 Situps

 

  • 1 Wall walk 
  • 12 MB Twists

A little core and skill work tonight. The rounds are short so try to keep moving. The goal here is to work on that muscular endurance over time. Be smart and be safe, but also know when to push through the workout.
