Reminder that our running club starts this evening at 6pm with Allan Callard at the running room.

Strength

Front Squats x 3reps x 3sets

ME WBS x 60sec - Rest 60sec - x 3 rounds

Two parts to our strength today. After a short strength piece on our front squats to ease the legs into the rest of the day we'll have 60 seconds of max effort WBS with 60 seconds of rest for 3 rounds. 

Conditioning

8min AMRAP

  • 8 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 200m run

A little short cardio to get your week started off right. It will be some engine work so keep moving no matter how much the lungs hurt and you will get through this workout.
