  • Strict T2B or Knee Tucks x 4reps x 2sets
  • T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks x 6-8reps x 3sets

Conditioning

3 rounds - 1:1 work to rest ratio

  • 30 DU's or 90 SU's
  • 20 KBS
  • 10 T2B or K2E

If round number one takes you 1 minute you will rest 1 minute. If it takes you 2 minutes you will rest 2 minutes before you start your second round. Keep moving on this workout and try not to drop off the bar on the T2B or K2E.
