Why hello there. 

First of all, if you could send me your email address via Facebook that would be great. This is not some internet scam either. Muahahahaha. We are going to send out a survey by the end of the week hopefully, but first I need everyone's emails. As well we are starting an online PR tracker and we want to share that with everyone so we can have a soft copy of our PRs to track our goals and workouts. If you can get that to me by Friday that would be excellent. I'll be reminding you again in the gym throughout the week. 

Strength

T2B Progressions & KB Snatches

  • L Sit Hold x 30secs x 2 - with a partner as needed
  •  
  • Kipping T2B or K2E x ME reps x 3sets
  • KB Snatch x 3 each arm (touch and go) x 3sets

After working on our Lsits together you will alternate between your KB Snatches and T2B or K2E. If you are doing your K2E set a standard for yourself you want to maintain for the ME set. For the snatches build up past the weight you want to use in the workout. Alternate between these two movements taking lots of time between the movements to rest before you go for your T2B/K2E max effort sets. 

Conditioning

4 rounds for time

  • 8 T2B or K2E
  • 8 KB Snatches (4 each arm)
  • 8 MB Cleans

Use a heavy weight for the last two exercises and again try to hold yourself to your own high standard during the T2B or K2E. Three very core intensive movements so make sure you are focused before you go into each rep. Remember those emails people.
