Hi. 

How are you all there. 

So great day adjusting to the weather today. Everyone moved really well inside the gym and hopefully tomorrow we'll have some nice weather to get you out and get you running. 

Just a reminder that we have our second yoga class tomorrow morning at 10:30am with Charles Sanderson. Great session the first time out and hopefully this is something we can continue all summer. 

Strength

Ring Dips x 4-6reps x 4sets - Muscle Up Progressions  2-3reps x 4sets

We'll work here on our gymnastics movements and for many of us try to work on our strength through the ring dips and then work on the transition from the pullup to the ring dip. 

Conditioning

3 rounds - each for time - rest 3 minutes b/w rounds

  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 200m run
  • 20 Burpees

Very much a conditioning piece. Move swiftly and earn that recovery.
