Until that time here is what we have for you.
Back Squats x 3reps x 3sets + Superman Raises x 10reps x 3sets
Alternate between these two after you get your back squats warmed up for your 3 sets of each. Again we are working on protecting that body and going through some more core work to get there. The superman raises are for our lower back primarily and as for the back squats we want to scale it down a bit after a big Saturday of Thrusters, but get the blood pumping back there.

- 45 DU's or 135 SU's
