Hello y'all. 

Just a reminder that tomorrow is our last day for the current yoga session at CrossFit 782. The class will be at 10:30am. During the summer months our yoga class will be at 7pm on Wednesday evenings starting Wednesday July 8. 

As well there will be no comp class this Sunday. Our new comp schedule will be starting next Sunday and the exact details will be posted up here in the next couple of days. Come in and do the 1130 class and then go out and enjoy the weather! Hopefully we have some sunshine. 

Finally announcement about the CrossFit 782 Summer part at 7pm on Tuesday, June 30th at 18 Lewis Crescent, Charlotte Bevan's house. If anyone has some DJing skills they would be much appreciated for a dance party later in the evening.

A lot of core work for the strength today. We are going to break up the work depending on how many people show up and we'll be doing somewhat of a Tabata workout to get us stronger in the midsection for the day. 

Conditioning

  • 200m Run
  • 20 Abmat Situps
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 400m Run
  • 40 Abmat Situps
  • 40 Walking Lunges
  • 600m run
  • 60 Abmat Situps
  • 60 Walking Lunges

An ascending ladder eh? No time cap either. Just keep moving and keep running. With yoga beforehand we don't want to throw too many heavy weights around so we will keep the conditioning up to snuff for today and change the programming up a little starting next Sunday.
