Front Squats x 3reps x 3sets
No given percentage here as we want you to build up in weight on how you are feeling and save some gas for the conditioning portion.
- 20 T2B or K2E
- 5 Front Squats (135/95lbs) (205/135lbs)
- 15 T2B or K2E
- 10 Front Squats (115/75lbs) (185/125lbs)
- 10 T2B or K2E
- 15 Front Squats (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs)
- 5 T2B or K2E
- 20 Front Squats (75/55lbs) (95/65lbs)
So this workout is designed to test your squatting capabilities under duress. Your core will be smoked from the T2B, but how well can you keep it together as the reps get higher and the weight gets lower on the front squats. Take some time on how you want to set up your weights so you can move down the ladder in weights and up in reps. We'll take some time to go over how to attack this and how to keep everything moving smoothly.
