Wahoooooooo. It's Friday. 

It's the weekend!! Time to party. Or do CrossFit. Or do both. Probably both. 

I'm starting to get everyone's emails now, but if you still haven't sent them off to Mike or I you have the weekend to send them our way. 

Strength

T2B Progressions

  • LSit x 15secs x 4sets
  • T2B or K2E x 2sets

Conditioning

5 rounds with a partner - alternating movements

  • 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 T2B or K2E
  • 150m run

Enjoy this one. Go hard at one movement and then let your partner go hard at that same movement. 

Be ready for a classic CrossFit couplet on Saturday as well.
