Hii there.

Strength

Back Squat x 10reps x 2sets @ 70%

After building up in the warmup you want to hit two sets around 70%. Take your time with these and keep everything tight through each rep. Don't rush for the second set as you take enough time to recover and hit the second set just as well. 

Conditioning

10 rounds

  • 10 Jumping Lunges (L = 1, R = 1)
  • 5 Pushups
  • 10 MB Twists (L = 1, R = 1)

Very small amount of work each set, but the reps will build up so pace yourself from the start. Especially on the pushups.
