One of my favourite type of workouts. 

You'll know it once you see it. Or feel it. Get in here and get after it. That is all. 

Except for the fact that all the work yesterday was unbelievable on our PRs. Make sure you add them to the PR tracker and send me your emails if you haven't yet. 

Strength/Conditioning

0:00 - 10:00 

  • Warmup 
    • Hip & Shoulder Mobility 

10:00 - 20:00

  • 3 rounds
    • 150m run
    • 10 pullups or 10 ring rows
    • 1min plank

20:00 - 35:00

  • 2rep Hang Power Clean

35:00 - 45:00

  • 10min AMRAP
  • 6 Hang Power Cleans
  • 12 Situps
  • 18 DU's

45:00 - 55:00

  • Couch Stretch x 30secs x 2 each leg
  • External Rotation Shoulder Stretch x 30secs x 2
