1RM Push Press
Another one. Our one RM this week. Make sure you post it to our PR Tracker after you finish the class. Our first shoulder to overhead PR. We'll work on building up to this weight and how to do it safely.
- 5 Strict Press (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
- 10 Burpees over the Bar
- 15 Deadlifts
The strict press weight will be the limiting factor for this workout and the deadlifts should be able to be done quickly, but of course with good form.
