Your boy is all grown up. He has graduated!!!!

I just want to thank you all for your support from day 1 at CrossFit 782. It has been a crazy year returning from Korea, starting the Education program, and joining the 782 team. You have all been there on those tough days with your belief in what I was doing and your kind words. I couldn't have done it without you and your understanding of my busy schedule and the wonderful team that we have at the gym. You all hold a special place in my heart going forward and I can't wait to continue doing what we do at CrossFit 782 throughout the summer and going forward. 

Strength

Wahooooooo! Wait til you see these. For those of you that have tried shoot throughs before you know what kind of test they will pose for you and for those of you who have never tried these you are in for a treat. 

Conditioning

  • 12 KBS

A chance to get some conditioning in and work on a new skill.

  • :30sec Plank Hold
  • :30sec Squat Hold

This is not for time and it is done to improve three things. Your grip strength; your core strength; and your mobility in the squat. Do not rush through this, but enjoy every moment of each round.
