Hello!

Updates on the weekend to follow. It's been one crazy day getting back into the swing of things on the Island. My room is a mess, my students have a test, and all I wanna do a rest. Maybe I should have been a poet... or a rapper. 

Strength

Front Squats x 3reps + Box jumps x 5reps x 5sets each

Alternating between front squats and box jumps you want to increase the weight and height each time. Rest as much as needed in between your sets. 

Conditioning

4 rounds 

  • 8 Thrusters (115/75lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 8 T2B

Hit each round hard. Try to do the sets unbroken and rest as much as needed in between. We are going to continue to try to add more skilled movements on the bar during workouts throughout to continue to improve our gymnastics.
